If you want to have more control of your costs there is the time blocks, you purchase support time in blocks of 5 hours this give you guaranteed response times and access to phone support and remote support with on site calls taken from your time block with no call out charge you just pay for what you use.

(3) ANNUAL CONTRACT
For business users who want peace of mind, where networks, multiple workstations and servers are involved a Support Plan offers a flexible and rapid response solution. With no call out charges, and paperwork kept to a minimum, this is a solution that minimises overheads whilst maximising the support. There is no restrictions on the areas of IT support we will help you with. We recognise that it is your business that needs support and this often involves a mixture of software, hardware and connectivity.
